June Recap

Wow! I cannot believe that June is over! This month went by in the blink of an eye. We are now halfway through this year and we still have several big moments coming up, and a few surprises. So lets jump right in to what we got into in June.

Last month we:

• Spent the first week of the month in NYC.

• Met Mariska Hargitay

• Saw the entire SVU (except Ice T) cast in person.

• Saw Lea Michele on Broadway

• Walked so many miles in New York City.

• Walked the Brooklyn Bridge

• Went to Madison Square Garden

• Watched the Knicks WIN THE NBA CHAMPIONSHIP (on TV)

• Watched my sister in law get married in one of the most beautiful places in all of Michigan

• Drove over the Mackinac Bridge (iykyk).

• My brother got married!

This month is pretty slow. Things coming up in July:

• The Detroit Symphony Orchestra is performing the score of Jurassic Park while the movie plays in the background.

• We have a friend's wedding reception to attend. They eloped and are now throwing the party!

• We will be working on our plans for Chicago next month.

• If the weather cooperates, we will hopefully get some more miles logged! It has been so hot and our AC just cannot keep up with this heat.
